Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (United States)
5-7 business days - $5.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $50!

Expedited Shipping (United States)
2-3 business days - $14.99

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at antonioinfante@mac.com and we will make it right.
